insurance plans, and our patient account representatives are always available to
provide you with information regarding the clinic's payment and insurance filing
procedures. These representatives can answer your questions concerning
billing, insurance and payment plans. Our Managed Care Department can
answer any questions you have concerning pre-authorization and referrals.
